Flat lists live in an Excel file only one person can update
Towers and flats are generated in seconds or imported from CSV, then kept current by residents
New tenants and family members are chased over WhatsApp
Residents request to join with the society code; owners approve their own family
Nobody is sure who changed what after a committee handover
Every change is written to a hash-chained audit log you can verify in one click
Everyone’s phone number ends up in a shared group
The directory is opt-in and never shows phone numbers

FAQ
Vyntez Society is an apartment and gated-community management app for Indian housing societies. Today it covers towers and flats, households (owners, tenants, family, vehicles, pets), join requests, committee roles, an opt-in resident directory, a tamper-evident audit log, maintenance billing with two-tap online payments, receipts and GST invoices, society accounting with Tally export, and supervisor zones. Gate security, amenities and utilities are on the roadmap.
The committee shares the society code (it looks like VS-123456). A resident signs in with their phone number, enters the code, picks their tower and flat, and says whether they are an owner, tenant or family member. Owner and tenant requests are approved by the committee; family requests can be approved by the flat’s owner or tenant.
Sign in, choose “Register your society”, then add towers and generate flats floor by floor (for example floors 1–14, 4 flats per floor gives 101–1404). Larger societies can import a CSV with towers, flats and owners’ names and phone numbers.

No. The resident directory is opt-in and shows only names, flats and whether someone is an owner, tenant or family member. Phone numbers are masked even for the committee.
The resident web app works on any phone today and installs to the home screen. Android and iOS apps, and a guard app for the gate tablet, are coming soon.
