How it works
Live in four steps
Most of the work is a one-time setup. After that, bills, reminders, receipts and the books run on their own.
Step 1
Register & pin your society
Sign in with your phone, name the society and drop the pin on its gate. You become the Society Admin, and the 30-day free trial starts — no card.
Step 2
Add towers and flats
Generate flats floor by floor, or import a CSV with owners’ names and phone numbers.
Step 3
Set billing rules
Choose how maintenance is charged, add funds, late fees and GST, and link the society’s bank account for online payments.
Step 4
Invite residents
Share the society code (VS-xxxxxx). Residents ask to join their flat; you approve with one tap, and they can pay their dues.

Yes. Any housing society in Bengaluru can register, add its towers and flats, and invite residents with its society code, then bill maintenance and collect dues online. Gate security and amenities are coming soon.
How do residents in Bengaluru join?
Residents sign in with their phone number, enter the society code the committee shares, and pick their tower and flat. The committee approves owners and tenants; families are approved by the flat’s owner or tenant.
